An important upgrade from its predecessor, the 6K Pro introduces a 5″ HDR tilting capacitive touchscreen with a high brightness of 1500 cd/m², ensuring optimal visibility even in bright conditions. Additionally, the 6K Pro comes equipped with built-in ND filters (clear, 2, 4, and 6 stops), making it easier to manage exposure in a variety of lighting environments without the need for external ND solutions.
The active Canon EF lens mount supports a wide range of Canon EF/EF-S lenses, with electronic communication that allows for iris, autofocus, and zoom control with compatible lenses. The 6K Pro also features dual mini-XLR inputs with phantom power, enabling the use of professional microphones for high-quality audio recording.
Recording options include Blackmagic Raw and ProRes 422, and footage can be captured on CFast 2.0 or SD/UHS-II cards, or extended using the USB Type-C output to an external drive. The camera includes a DaVinci Resolve Studio license for seamless post-production editing, color grading, and more.
