The Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro is designed to offer professional cinematic features within the familiar and compact form factor of the Pocket Cinema Camera series. It utilizes a Super 35 sensor with a resolution of 6144 x 3456, delivering stunning cinematic images with shallow depth of field. The camera’s Gen 5 color science, found in the high-end URSA Mini Pro 12K, ensures accurate and vibrant color reproduction for top-tier image quality.

One of the standout features of the 6K Pro is its tilting, high-bright LCD screen, which provides excellent daylight visibility. Additionally, the camera includes internal, motorized ND filters, allowing for quick adjustments to aperture and shutter speed, essential for maintaining control over exposure in varying lighting conditions. The camera is also compatible with Sony L-series batteries, enhancing its usability for long shoots.

The 6K Pro maintains the same card slots as the Pocket Cinema Camera 6K, with both CFast and SD slots. However, it adds professional features like a second mini-XLR audio input, enhancing its versatility for audio capture.

For those who require more advanced functionality, the 6K Pro includes a separate Pro EVF viewfinder with a crystal-clear glass lens and adjustable diopter. To save battery, the LCD screen automatically turns off when using the EVF. Additionally, the new Battery Grip supports up to three Sony L-Series NP-F570 batteries, with hot-swapping capability for uninterrupted shooting.

Included with the camera is a full version of DaVinci Resolve Studio, offering advanced editing and color correction.
